Works selected by juror Dorothy Moss. Dorothy Moss is Associate Curator of Painting and Sculpture at the National Portrait Gallery and Director of the triennial Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition. She is the former Assistant Curator of American Art at the Corcoran Gallery of Art. Moss holds a Ph.D in art history from the University of Delaware.
